let's do the twist!

Thursday we went on a "field trip" to Petland with The Joplin Mom's Meetup Group. D's got a thing for lizards

& snakes at the moment.

so it was kind of perfect.

We also bought The Lion King. Can you say awesome sauce?! cause it is. the voices! James Earl Jones!! The music! The nostalgia! D saying, "I can't marry her! she's my friend!" over & over. Isabella laying on her belly touching her feet together in the air like the little teenager that she thinks she is.

i want to watch this over. and over. and over.

today, the kids will too. we may even do a little twist. not that we dance around the house all day or anything.

can you clean without music? I can't. I even have a playlist on my iPod dedicated to it. It's called "messy". This Friday I think we'll dance, and clean, and just have a good, fun & productive day.
